Most clients communicate with freelancers through Skype, email, phone, text, Viber, WhatsApp or Slack.
When you get introduced or hired by a client, you should ask the client how they prefer to communicate so that you can take note of it.
A reminder that we recommend you get all estimates, scopes, and due dates in writing to avoid disputes. These tips will help keep you and your client happy!
