How do I communicate with the freelancer?

Communicating with freelancers that you've hired is super easy!

Once you've hired someone to your FreeUp account, you can go to the Freelancers page of your account to view their contact information. 

Most of the time, you will receive their email address and phone number so that it's easy to contact them through multiple channels. You can also use our Messenger System.

You are welcome to communicate with the freelancer, whichever works best for you and your business. 

If you have a different communication channel that you'd like them to use (Slack, Trello, Skype, etc.), you can simply ask them to communicate with you there as well.
