To remove a freelancer from your FreeUp account, please contact Accounting@freeup.net with the name of the freelancer and your reason for wanting to remove them. In the meantime you can pause them on your account to prevent them from billing anymore hours.
The Accounting Team will have your account updated within 1 business day.
If you do not recognize the change on your account within that time frame, reach out to us through the Live Chat feature of your account or by following up to the original email you sent to Accounting@freeup.net.
