You are always encouraged to speak with freelancers directly about concerns before getting a replacement. A best practice is to directly contact the freelancer with the concern and it is likely that they will make changes so you can continue to work together. 

If the freelancer simply doesn't work out, contact us and you will be introduced to another freelancer in the network within hours.  We want to make sure you are taken care of.
