But if a freelancer quits, please contact Support@freeup.net or via the Live Chat feature in your account. 

If a freelancer has to stop working with you, we will replace them immediately and cover any applicable replacement costs so that you don't take any steps backwards in your business. 

Turnover is always going to be a hassle and there is nothing we can do to relieve all the hassle, but our goal is to get you a new freelancer as fast as possible and get you right back on track.
