Before the interview process, applicants need to undergo the FreeUp Community and Culture Course. The course overviews our community values, as well as communication expectations.

Reading this will allow you to determine if FreeUp is a good fit to grow your freelance business and decide whether you'd like to move forward with us.

There is also a short quiz at the end to ensure that you are a good fit for the marketplace. You'll be asked some questions about what you've read via a link at the end of the PDF.

Each applicant has 72 hours to complete this course upon retrieval and is required before having a schedule with an interviewer.
